The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth is huge.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join spektr's client-facing A-team - responsible for making sure every client goes live fast, stays healthy, and grows.</li> <li>As our<strong>&nbsp;Implementation Specialist</strong>, you will know the spektr platform better than anyone, and use that knowledge to get clients from signed contract to confident, active usage.</li> <li>You will go on-site, solve real problems shoulder to shoulder with clients' compliance and operations teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will work directly with the expansion &amp; implementation lead and have a direct line to our founding team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Own client relationships from signed contract through to healthy, active usage - you are accountable for go-live and everything after</li> <li>Lead on-site implementation sessions and work streams, configuring workflows, and integrations to fit each client's exact needs</li> <li>Resolve configuration issues independently before escalating to engineering</li> <li>Own customer success of spektr's largest enterprise accounts and act as the internal voice of the client into product</li> <li>Build reusable implementation playbooks so every client gets a consistent experience and the same question is never answered twice</li> <li>Flag client health signals early - you notice when something is off before it becomes an escalation</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong><br></p> <ul> <li>2–4 years in implementation, solutions consulting, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company - we care more about how you think than how long you've been doing it</li> <li>A structured problem-solver: when something doesn't work, you go step by step rather than guessing</li> <li>Strong communicator - you can explain a technical concept clearly to a non-technical client and are excellent in handling senior stakeholders</li> <li>Comfortable with technical &amp; legal documentation, data flows, and integrations - you don't need to be a developer or lawyer, but you can't be afraid of infrastructure and regulations</li> <li>Willing and excited to travel to client sites - you do your best work in the room, not on a call</li> <li>Highly organised: you manage multiple clients at different stages and nothing slips<br><br></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><em>This role may not be the right fit if you prefer a reactive support queue over owning relationships end-to-end, need a dedicated technical team behind you to resolve anything non-trivial, or are more comfortable with a clear structure.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>A defining role in spektr’s expansion team - a new function being built with real influence on how it takes shape</li> <li>Direct access to the founding team and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing compliance AI company scales</li> <li>Work with category-defining enterprise clients across financial services and regulated industries</li> <li>Competitive compensation package<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>OUR STANCE</strong></p> <p>We care deeply about building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance team.</p> <p>We encourage applications from candidates who may not tick every box but believe they can raise the bar.
