<p><strong>Job Title: In-Home Dialysis Staff Assist – Care Partner (Texas)</strong><br><strong>Location: Various zip codes across Texas</strong><br><strong>Compensation: Starting at $25/hour</strong></p>
<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br><br>We are seeking compassionate and dependable Care Partners to support dialysis patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Staff Assist, you will work closely with patients undergoing in-home dialysis, ensuring their environment is safe, they are prepped and supported for treatment,<br>and that their overall wellbeing is monitored.<br><br>You’ll be matched with patients based on both skill fit and personality, and supported by a clinical team at Innovative Renal Care.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct &amp; Support patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., Tablo or equivalent machines)</li>
<li>Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence</li>
<li>Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)</li>
<li>Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators</li>
<li>Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum <strong data-start="119" data-end="175">1 year of hands-on experience with dialysis machines</strong></li>
<li>Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)</li>
<li>Preferred: Familiarity with Tablo or home dialysis machinesReliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal communication</li>
<li>Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform</li>
</ul>
