<p data-start="263" data-end="285"><strong data-start="266" data-end="285">Location: Riverside, CA 92501<br>Dialysis Machine: NxStage<br>Condition: Tracheostomy ventilator–dependent<br>Rate: $24.16/hour</strong></p> <p data-start="263" data-end="285"><strong data-start="266" data-end="285">About This Role<br><br></strong>We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Partner who is&nbsp;<strong data-start="333" data-end="372">open to supporting in-home dialysis</strong>&nbsp;for a patient who currently receives dialysis in a clinic and will transition receiving treatments at home.
