<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Job Title:</strong> In-Home Dialysis Support (Tehachapi, CA)<br> <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Location:</strong> Bodfish, CA 93205<br> <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Compensation:</strong> $25 per hour<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">About the Role</strong><br>We’re seeking a <strong>compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner</strong>. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support.<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Document observations and any concerns during support hours</li>
</ul>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">CNA, Phlebotomy certification <strong>preferred</strong></li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform</li>
