This role provides consistent, one-on-one support, not an agency rotation, allowing you to build rapport and become a trusted part of his weekly care routine.</p> <p data-start="642" data-end="819"><strong data-start="642" data-end="671">Training will be provided</strong>, including patient-specific dialysis processes, home setup guidance, and ongoing support from our clinical team to ensure you feel fully confident.</p> <p data-start="821" data-end="1000">This position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the unique challenges of dialysis, and wants to make a meaningful impact during a major care transition.</p> <p data-start="1007" data-end="1034"><strong data-start="1010" data-end="1034">What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Assist with dialysis treatment setup (Tableu or NxStage dialysis machine)</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Offer companionship and emotional reassurance</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Help the patient remain on schedule with treatment times</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Provide light ADL support as needed</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse</li> <li data-start="1037" data-end="1110">Maintain simple documentation and shift notes</li> </ul> <p data-start="1445" data-end="1473"><strong data-start="1448" data-end="1473">Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529"><strong data-start="1476" data-end="1510">1+ year of dialysis experience</strong> (home or clinic)</li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage is a plus)</li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training</li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Steady, supportive, and patient — especially during an adjustment period</li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team</li> <li data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Must pass a Herewith background check</li> </ul> <p data-start="1864" data-end="1892"><strong data-start="1867" data-end="1892">Why This Role Matters</strong></p> <p data-start="1893" data-end="2075">This patient wants to remain safe and supported at home while managing her dialysis.
