About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and guiding them through customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll leverage technology, design tools, and your sales expertise to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and consistently close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
  • Build and present customized bath designs using company software
  • Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales during appointments
  • Attend weekly sales training to continuously improve performance
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
  • Confident presenter with the ability to engage and influence homeowners
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and professional personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and local residency required
  • Comfortable using technology, including tablets and digital sales tools
