In this role, you will bring rigorous pipeline management, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset to our growth strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments. By bridging inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, you will directly impact Clara’s revenue trajectory and market footprint in Mexico.</p> <ul data-path-to-node="3"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Qualify, negotiate, and close inbound opportunities originating from digital marketing campaigns and direct inquiries.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0">Prioritize and manage a massive portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing relentlessly on the highest-value opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0">Execute high-volume outbound sequences utilizing <strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="49">Hubspot</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="58">Amplemarket</strong>, WhatsApp, and cold calling to activate new prospects and re-engage dormant leads.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0">Articulate Clara’s value proposition with clarity and empathy, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial interest to deal closure.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0">Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene for effective lead management, utilizing reports, sequences, and templates to optimize outreach.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,5,0">Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and ensure a frictionless customer journey.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="4">Who you are</h3> <p data-path-to-node="5"><em data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
