<h3><strong>Project Overview</strong></h3> <p>We are sourcing independent Language Fluency Coaches and Vocational Instructors for an AI benchmark evaluation project. As AI models increasingly support unstructured, conversational language learning for career and higher education advancement, their effectiveness relies on expert qualitative analysis. We are strictly looking for professionals with experience in vocational, soft skills, or spoken English institutes rather than traditional academic school environments. The objective of this project is not to grade academic marks, but to act as an expert evaluator who interprets real-world data collected by vendor raters, providing first-hand qualitative feedback to improve the model's individualized teaching styles.</p> <h3><strong>Project Deliverables &amp; Scope</strong></h3> <p>Operate autonomously to analyze evaluation frameworks and provide qualitative insights. Expected deliverables include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Expert Data Interpretation:</strong> Analyzing and interpreting language-learning data and interactions collected by regular vendor raters in real-world environments.</li> <li><strong>Qualitative Feedback &amp; Consulting:</strong> Participating in qualitative, face-to-face (virtual) meetings to provide detailed, first-hand feedback on the AI’s teaching methodologies, conversational flow, and fluency development.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</strong> Synthesizing complex feedback and pedagogical insights into structured spreadsheets to inform model refinement.</li> <li><strong>Model Strategy Alignment:</strong> Ensuring the AI's instructional approach aligns with individualized, unstructured teaching styles aimed at helping adult users gain fluency for jobs and higher education (avoiding a "cookie-cutter" academic approach).</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Expertise</strong></h3> <p>To successfully fulfill the deliverables of this project, Contractors must possess targeted experience in adult language education. Core skillset includes:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrable professional expertise as a Language Fluency Coach, ESL/EFL Instructor (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL), Soft Skills Faculty, or Vocational Institute Teacher. <em>(Note: Traditional K-12 school teachers focused on academic grading are not a fit for this project).</em></li> <li>Bilingual proficiency in <strong>English</strong> and at least one <strong>local Indian language</strong> (such as Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Urdu, etc.).</li> <li>Deep understanding of individualized, unstructured teaching methodologies designed to build practical conversational fluency for professional and higher education environments.</li> <li>Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly articulate pedagogical feedback during face-to-face meetings and via spreadsheets.</li> </ul> <p>We offer a pay range of $6-to-$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
