• Support the costing of new products and industrial projects.
• Participate in annual budget preparation from an industrial cost perspective.
Industrial Performance & KPI Analysis
• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs and translate operational performance into financial impact.
• Analyse productivity, efficiency, utilisation and cost indicators.

• Support monthly closing activities related to industrial operations.
• Analyse manufacturing P&L and variances versus budget.
• Monitor fixed costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in CAPEX monitoring and investment analysis.
Business Partnering
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Challenge assumptions and support decision-making through robust financial analysis.
• Act as a bridge between Finance and Manufacturing.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and industrial performance.
Experience
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, Cost Controlling or similar positions within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience analysing production costs, variances, industrial KPIs and manufacturing performance.
• Experience in Food, Pharma, Chemical, FMCG or similar industrial sectors will be highly valued.
• Candidates coming exclusively from Accounting, Audit or Corporate FP&A environments without industrial exposure will not be considered.
Education
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Navision or similar).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and costing methodologies.
Languages
• Spanish fluent.
• English and/or French professional level.
Personal Profile
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Hands-on and business-oriented approach.
• Curious about manufacturing operations and factory processes.
• Proactive and improvement-driven.
• Comfortable interacting with production and operational teams.
• Candidates based in Madrid will also be considered, provided they are available to travel regularly to the manufacturing site (approximately every two weeks).
What We Offer
• A highly visible role with direct impact on industrial performance and profitability.
• Close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain and Finance leadership teams.
• Opportunity to join a growing international company within the Clinical Nutrition and Public Health sector.
• Participation in strategic industrial and transformation projects.
