Industrial Sprayer

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Sprayer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Operate spray equipment to apply coatings and finishes evenly and accurately.
• Mix and prepare paint and coating materials according to specifications.
• Inspect surfaces before and after spraying to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain and clean spraying equipment to ensure proper function and longevity.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Sprayer or similar role.
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment operation, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work with various types of paints, coatings, and finishes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to industrial spraying.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of spraying and equipment handling.
