About the role
In this role as Industry Lead PV in the team of Hariram Prabhakaran, you lead the market, portfolio, and competitiveness strategy for the photovoltaic industry segment and drive long-term business success.
Your Mission – what you will do

Strategy Development: Develop go-to-market and competitive strategies and ensure alignment with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and regional stakeholders

Market & Competitive Insights: Continuously monitor trends in technology, business models, customer needs, competitors, and regulations

Portfolio & Business Development: Evaluate portfolio initiatives as EPIC owner, drive product and feature development, and design new business models

Pricing & Competitiveness: Define strategic pricing for the segment and implement measures to enhance competitiveness across the value chain

Customer & Market Representation: Represent the portfolio at customer meetings and events, supporting key accounts with technical and commercial expertise
Your Profile – what you bring
-
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
-
Several years of experience in product or project management of technical systems, ideally with leadership experience in an agile environment

Solid understanding of portfolio/product management and financial control

Understanding of renewable power plant market mechanisms
-
Excellent German and English skills, strategic mindset, and strong decision-making ability
