This role is for a leader who is passionate about navigating the dynamic world of social media, excels at strategic planning, and is ready to make a significant impact on our brand's visibility and engagement.</h2> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Influencer relationship management: <ul> <li>Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, which includes briefing them on campaigns and negotiating contracts.</li> <li>Preparing quotations &amp; optimizing KPI for the client</li> </ul> </li> <li>Campaign management: <ul> <li>Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring they are managed actively and are on track to meet their goals.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Performance analysis and reporting: <ul> <li>Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report insights to clients, potentially including preparing final reports.</li> <li>Utilize local insights, social media dynamics, and competitor analysis to continuously optimize strategies.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration: <ul> <li>Work with other departments, such as planning, creative, and creator growth, as well as finance and legal teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution and proper paperwork.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Team leadership: <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and support the social outreach team, ensuring clear objectives and performance standards.</li> <li>Provide guidance, feedback, and training to develop team capabilities.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;A bachelor's Degree is required</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Having 3 - 5 years of working experience, including 1 year in the same position.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Leadership skill</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Good command of English</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms &amp; influencer market &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Well-managed workload, negotiation skills, and promptly given solutions to solve issues. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Supportive of other members of the team to grow day by day. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Need to be social-savvy on all platforms.
