Your Role

As our Influencer Manager, you'll build and own fonio's influencer program end-to-end — from strategy to creator partnerships to campaign execution. You'll turn creators into a scalable growth and brand channel, owning the relationships and the numbers behind every collaboration.

What to expect

  • Design and own fonio's influencer program end-to-end, aligned with business goals and brand messaging

  • Identify, vet, and recruit the right influencers and creators across platforms

  • Negotiate deals and contracts, coordinate deliverables and timelines, and ensure legal compliance (e.g. ad disclosure)

  • Build and maintain long-term creator relationships and ambassador programs

  • Run campaigns end-to-end: from briefing and planning to launch

  • Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI

  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing (incl. paid amplification of influencer content)

  • Own and manage the influencer budget within clear targets

  • Stay ahead of platforms, formats, and creator trends

  • Primary KPI: reach and ROI of influencer partnerships

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships

  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and what works on each

  • Proven negotiation and relationship-management skills

  • A structured, data-driven approach to campaigns and reporting

  • Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for the right creators

  • High standards around speed, quality, and ownership

  • Ideally experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
