About the role
<h2>We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our Influencer and Social Media Marketing function. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end influencer operations, campaign execution, and team leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will play a critical role in driving influencer-led growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building scalable processes to support brand and marketing objectives.</h2>
<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ol>
<li>Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)</li>
<li>Work closely with the Strategy team to translate campaign objectives into effective influencer execution plans and recommendations</li>
<li>Manage the full campaign lifecycle from briefing, influencer sourcing, negotiation, content coordination, execution, to post-campaign reporting</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with campaign requirements</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and execution quality to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve agreed KPIs</li>
</ul>

<li>Team Leadership & Management</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and lead both the Influencer Marketing team and Social Media Marketing team</li>
<li>Provide clear direction, workload prioritisation, and performance guidance to ensure high productivity and output quality</li>
<li>Coach and develop team members to strengthen influencer operations capability, negotiation skills, and campaign execution efficiency</li>
<li>Foster a fast-paced, accountable, and solution-oriented team culture</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Influencer & KOL Operations</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and talent agencies</li>
<li>Manage influencer selection, vetting, contracting, pricing negotiation, and relationship management</li>
<li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination between influencers, internal teams, and clients/brand stakeholders</li>
<li>Handle campaign escalations, performance issues, and influencer disputes when required</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Performance Tracking & Reporting</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion where applicable)</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations for future campaigns</li>
<li>Maintain data-driven approach to improve ROI and influencer selection strategy</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Process Improvement & Scalability</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Continuously improve influencer operations workflow, tools, and SOPs to support scaling</li>
<li>Implement best practices commonly used in KOL/agency environments to improve efficiency and turnaround time<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.</li>
<li>Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / KOL Operations</li>
<li>Strong preference for candidates from KOL agencies, influencer agencies, or fast-paced digital marketing agencies</li>
<li>Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and large-scale influencer operations</li>
<li>Prior experience in team leadership or managing a small-to-mid size marketing team is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem in Malaysia (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube creators, local KOL landscape)</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data</li>
