Education:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with 3-5 years of related experience.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 year in related experience
Certifications:
• CompTIA CySA+ (plus)
Required Technologies Experience:
• Microsoft Office
• Firewall configuration, management and monitoring
• Antivirus configuration, management and monitoring
• Security alerts monitoring
• Security hardening
• VPN & Policies configuration and maintenance
• WAN maintenance and monitoring
• Firmware update, hotfixes, patches and related apps
• Network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, fiber connection, telecommunication redundancies, velocity and circuit quality) configuration and administration
• VMWare virtual environment
• Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
• Windows OS (Windows 8, 8.1 & 10)
• Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 365
• Equipment inventory management
• Ticketing system
