<h2><strong>You will be:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>designing and developing infrastructure solutions based on GCP Pub/Sub,</li>
<li>building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable event-driven environments,</li>
<li>supporting schema management and data contract implementation across teams,</li>
<li>ensuring reliability, auditability, and maintainability of event-driven systems,</li>
<li>monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production environments,</li>
<li>collaborating with teams to improve platform stability and operational processes.</li>
</ul>

<h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Your profile:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>hands-on experience with GCP, especially Pub/Sub,</li>
<li>experience working with event-driven architectures and distributed systems,</li>
<li>understanding of IAM concepts and messaging patterns such as retries and dead-letter queues/topics,</li>
<li>familiarity with monitoring and observability practices,</li>
<li>experience with data contracts, Avro, or schema registry solutions,</li>
<li>ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, while collaborating effectively in international environments,</li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,</span></li>
<li>good communication skills,</li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">good command of English (min. B2).</span></li>
<li><strong>Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.</strong></li>

<h2><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>experience working with large-scale event bus platforms,</li>
<li>practical experience with auditability and data governance concepts,</li>
<li>familiarity with observability and incident analysis tools,</li>
<li>experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,</li>
<li>interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.</li>
