Infrastructure Finance Lawyer

<div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">We are currently seeking an&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Infrastructure Finance Lawyer</strong> to work with Axiom’s clients on major infrastructure and project finance transactions. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, draft and negotiate financing documentation, and manage multi-jurisdictional deals. This is an opportunity to collaborate with top-tier organizations and deliver pragmatic solutions for high-profile projects.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide legal advice and support on infrastructure finance and project finance transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex financing arrangements for large-scale infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Draft, negotiate, and review key financing documentation including loan agreements, LMA-based facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary documents.</li> <li>Support transactions across sectors such as energy (including renewables and power plants), transportation (roads, rail, airports), utilities, and digital infrastructure.</li> <li>Manage domestic and cross-border transactions, coordinating with lenders, developers, funding parties, and external counsel.</li> <li>Conduct legal analysis and due diligence, reviewing concession agreements and project documentation to identify and mitigate potential risks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in the UK with the right to work in the UK.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience advising on project finance and infrastructure finance transactions, including large-scale infrastructure developments.</li> <li>Experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting project financing arrangements, including LMA documentation, concession agreements, and PFI/PPP structures.</li> <li>Experience gained at leading law firms within project finance or infrastructure finance teams; in-house or secondment experience is advantageous but not essential.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal solutions.</li> </ul> <strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation, Benefits &amp; Location: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}">&nbsp;</span></div> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
