<p><strong>Infrastructure Generalist</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an Infrastructure Generalist to build, evolve and maintain the core infrastructure that underpins and protects Xantium’s technology environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity to operate in a greenfield, high-performance environment where decisions have immediate and long-term impact.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Building and maintaining infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments.</li>
<li>Owning system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, and services.</li>
<li>Defining and running experiments to improve performance, reliability, and system design.</li>
<li>Translating learnings from experiments into durable, production-ready solutions.</li>
<li>Driving architectural decisions that support growth and operational resilience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering within complex environments.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of how computers, operating systems, and networks work.</li>
<li>Broad experience across cloud platforms, and infrastructure tooling.</li>
<li>Strong ability to reason from first principles and debug unfamiliar systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to experiment thoughtfully and apply learnings to real systems.</li>
<li>Pragmatic, high-ownership mindset with clear and structured thinking.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred</li>
