You will sit at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance - making sure the right hardware arrives at the right place, on time, with accurate records at every step.</p> <p data-local-id="c6dcc683c279" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">As an Infrastructure Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:</p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="965d910c-42fb-480e-be38-9d4804a9534a" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="bulletList" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <li data-local-id="2ee7cb47-b952-4f01-9b5a-86e0cfa1bd60" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <p data-local-id="7412e7057f0f" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Translate infrastructure demand into clean purchase execution- requisitions, approvals, orders, and receipts - with correct financial coding and compliance at every stage.</p> </li> <li data-local-id="96039484-31c3-440b-bb4c-1863e0d5b443" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <p data-local-id="41e596b061a9" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Coordinate domestic and international logistics end-to-end, including vendor quoting, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery into core data centres and trading colocations.</p> </li> <li data-local-id="96039484-31c3-440b-bb4c-1863e0d5b443" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Validate BOMs for server configurations, including CPU, GPU, memory, storage, NICs, optics, cables, rails, PSUs, and licensing.</li> <li data-local-id="564724ef-f8d1-4c24-8b8f-60ff8d4f218b" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <p data-local-id="8a0a47aa9d6e" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Maintain proactive communication with vendors and forwarders on lead times and deliveries, escalating early when timelines risk affecting data centre or project schedules.</p> </li> <li data-local-id="564724ef-f8d1-4c24-8b8f-60ff8d4f218b" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Expedite long-lead items such as high-core-count CPUs, GPU servers, switches, optics, NICs, and storage components.</li> <li data-local-id="505862b5-8aea-4e88-a0ff-5d06ce81dac3" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <p data-local-id="abe8a6f68854" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Keep inventory records accurate across the full hardware lifecycle, from receipt through deployment, so engineers and finance always have a reliable picture of what's on hand.</p> </li> <li data-local-id="0af2eec3-4a45-45c8-8426-0424c3707320" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> <p data-local-id="abb3a0337ef4" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Partner with central Procurement and Accounts Payable within their frameworks - you own purchasing and logistics execution while they own commercial vendor strategy.</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-local-id="55507172792d" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Improve workflows as APAC volume grows: designing clearer handoffs, reducing manual steps, and making better use of our systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-prosemirror-content-type="mark" data-prosemirror-mark-name="strong">WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <p data-local-id="8565d72422f8" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">You have experience in purchasing, procurement operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain - ideally in technology, hardware distribution, or financial services. <br><br>You are comfortable working in a modern procurement or ERP toolset such as Coupa, with strong discipline around financial coding, approvals, and receipts.</p> <p data-local-id="0cf352290f5d" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">You understand that supply chain coordination is not just about placing orders.
