Position Overview  The Director, Video Partnerships oversees the Partnerships strategy, go to market approach and team for all National TV linear offerings as well as alternative video including in-cinema. The Director, Video Partnerships is the senior client team specialist role at Initiative, requiring a strong leader with proven experience managing multiple client teams, juggling multiple high-level projects at one time, researching and justifying partner selection, and developing and negotiating multi-faceted media and marketing partnerships. Directors must think strategically and work collaboratively with other Partnerships disciplines and with client team leaders in Client Advice, Strategy, Communications Design and Analytics to create
