The Advisory Services team brings the product and transformation expertise required to accelerate business value realization on Miro. You will understand our customer’s needs and proactively identify ways in which they can interact with Miro to achieve their goals!</div> </div> </div> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices and real-world applications</li> <li>Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro’s value with their goal</li> <li>Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve collaboration</li> <li>Help design and implement change initiatives that drive successful adoption</li> <li>Assist in creating governance models that support teamwork and innovation</li> <li>Facilitate workshops to explore use cases and improve team collaboration</li> <li>Develop simple prototypes to showcase Miro’s capabilities and inspire innovation</li> <li>Recommend ways to streamline tool usage and enhance collaboration strategies</li> <li>Provide guidance on Agile ways of working and help teams integrate Agile principles</li> <li>Share best practices and coach teams on improving their workflows with Miro</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead workshops that help teams improve collaboration and discover high-impact use cases with Miro</li> <li>Assess team workflows and provide targeted recommendations to enhance productivity and alignment</li> <li>Partner with IT and business stakeholders to connect Miro’s value with organizational goals</li> <li>Guide teams through change initiatives that support tool adoption and scalable governance models</li> <li>Develop simple prototypes to demonstrate possibilities and inspire innovation</li> <li>Coach teams on Agile ways of working and help integrate Agile principles into daily practices</li> <li>Identify barriers to effective teamwork and design solutions that drive measurable improvement</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields</li> <li>Hands-on experience working with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments</li> <li>Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging, outcome-driven workshops</li> <li>Proven ability to help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration practices</li> <li>Familiarity with Human-Centered Design, governance frameworks, or collaboration tools</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Miro or similar tools</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics</li> <li>Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What's in it for you</strong></h4> <p>We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow.
