The Work

You've done sales before, but not like we do it on the inside sales team at BambooHR! We have a proven process for successful business-to-business selling.

• Sell software that you can completely believe in

• Leads are provided!

• Sales are conducted via web conference and phone (no travel necessary)

• Schedule is Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends)

• Compensation include a base salary + commissions = 50K-60K your first year

You

• Proven ability to sell, minimum of 1-2 years of experience

• Ability to articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email

• Experience identifying and qualifying opportunities

• Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills

• Great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth
