</div></div><p>We’re seeking Inside Sales Account Executives to join our sales team in Westlake<br>Village, CA. This position focuses on engaging small- and mid-sized business owners<br>who inquire about our point-of-sale (POS) and payment processing solutions. The role<br>combines inbound lead management with proactive outbound follow-up and is a<br>performance-based sales position with a highly competitive compensation structure.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br>● Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and<br>operators, specializing in restaurant environments.<br>● Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and business goals.<br>● Deliver persuasive phone or video demos highlighting Shift4 POS capabilities.</p>
<p>● Perform high-volume outbound follow-up with existing database of leads to re-<br>engage opportunities.</p>
<p>● Recommend tailored solutions including POS hardware, software, and integrated<br>payments.<br>● Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing packages.<br>● Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.<br>● Collaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for<br>new clients.<br>● Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue, approved and activated deals.<br>● Maintain strong working knowledge of Shift4 products, updates, and competitive<br>offerings.<br>● Work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br>● 1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred.<br>● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.<br>● Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls to existing leads.<br>● Experience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry a plus.<br>● Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills.<br>● Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities<br>simultaneously.<br>● Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).<br>● Motivated, coachable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.<br>● 4 Days in office required<br>● No weekends required</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.</em></span></p>
