font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Promote,&nbsp;accurately&nbsp;describe&nbsp;and sell the details of our services or products in a knowledgeable manner, including upselling &amp; cross selling when possible&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Field Sales and Technicians have all the information they need to create a satisfactory experience for the homeowner&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Actively listen to customers’ needs and provide a consultative and persuasive sales approach that champions the CPI brand from start to finish&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage customers throughout the sales cycle to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into sales or confirmed appointments&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
