About the role
<p>Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of inside salesperson in our Las Vegas location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone motivated to grow with us!</p>
<p><strong>Parts Sales Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be able to communicate effectively with other employees and customers over the phone, through email and in-person.</li>
<li>Be self-driven through the pursuit of producing positive results.</li>
<li>Possess exceptional customer service skills.</li>
<li>Be highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Parts Sales Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for assisting outside sales representatives in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.</li>
<li>Responsible for helping coordinate service jobs with outside sales representatives, customers, and service technicians to ensure all service orders are handled expeditiously.</li>
<li>Responsible for parts and service order processing:</li>
<li>Accurate, and up to date knowledge of the part systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership (i.e., understands all the features and benefits of all parts sold).</li>
<li>Able to determine pricing and discounts for all parts according to the company standards.</li>
<li>Understands and employs good selling techniques, including conveying a professional and positive manner over the phone.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable about the computer systems used by parts department.</li>
<li>Acts as a facilitator for service technicians in finding and sourcing the parts that they need.</li>
<li>Remains aware of all order statuses, keeping customers aware of any issues or the time frame in which the order will be fulfilled.</li>
<li>Finds solutions for any issues that may arise within the department.</li>
<li>Follows all policies and procedures as specified in the company handbook and as directed by the location manager.</li>
<li>Maintains high employee morale.</li>
<li>Attains short- and long-term objectives with good management/planning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Parts Sales Compensation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pay based on experience </li>
