<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking an <strong>Inside Sales Engineer </strong>with proficiency in <strong>German</strong>. This is a technical role that serves as a key resource for the Inside Sales Representatives. </span><span data-contrast="auto">Y</span><span data-contrast="auto">ou will be expected to enable partners to perform all the functions of an Object First Sales Engineer, including running Proof of Concepts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559685":-900,"335559737":720}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you will report directly to the Team Lead, Inside Sales Engineering.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">You will have experience with backup, disaster recovery, and data management solutions</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">either in Sales Engineering, Support, or R&D</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">and be looking to move into a direct customer-facing technical role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559685":-900,"335559737":720}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering and exceeding revenue </span><span data-contrast="auto">goals by driving innovative technical engagement with partners and/or prospects in conjunction with the Inside Sales Representative team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise in Object First products.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support pre-sales activities in the assigned market, building technical relationships with channel partners, their customers, and ecosystem partners. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assume the role of technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet customers’ technical and business requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deliver technical and sales presentations to technical staff, senior management, and industry groups.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Successfully build relationships with the account team, partners, and customers in support of sales objectives, and leverage corporate resources, budgets, and personnel as appropriate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead technical sales calls and educate partners and customers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Qualify sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, solution sizing, competition, decision-making process, and funding, in collaboration with the sales team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with data protection solutions and data center technologies (storage, networking, virtualization). Direct experience with Veeam Data Platform is preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to provide technical recommendations and thought leadership to customers, partners, and internal teams, contributing to product evolution.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrable Sales Engineering experience, preferably in software sales, DevOps, or Data Protection; alternatively, a background in Technical Support (minimum T2 or T3) or technical R&D.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Highly driven and energetic, with a strong hands-on, “can-do” approach and a desire to own success.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a “get-it-done” attitude.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple calls and demos per day with immediate follow-up.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High level of business acumen, with experience working with CxO-level executives and understanding how technology solutions address business challenges.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to communicate and work effectively with multiple Sales team members and cross-functional departments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively educate others.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559737":720}"> </span></li>
