About the role
This is a dynamic and diverse role with a wide range of activities:
- Interact with customers. Spend a large part of your day talking to customers. Either by phone, MS Teams or email.
- Build relationships. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to be truly successful.
- Respond quickly. Most inquiries come in through our website, colleagues, and existing customers. You need to respond quickly to help our customers.
- Find Solutions that Work. Get to know your customers by thoroughly questioning them and conducting a good problem analysis. This in-depth knowledge will enable you to build a solution from our portfolio that has a real impact on their business.
