The Inside Salesperson will generate sales of all product lines offered.&nbsp;Will work with existing customers and secure prospective new customers and clients by phone, e-mail and direct office appointments providing detailed information on product specifications, services, pricing and delivery and install scheduling.&nbsp;Will focus on designers, remodelers, and select builders as well as retail customers. Will also work showroom hours including Saturdays. A comp day will be provided for Saturday hours.<br><br><br><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide an exceptional showroom experience for clients</li> <li>Conduct sales presentation of products and services to customers</li> <li>Assist customers on the showroom floor</li> <li>Assist in answering phones</li> <li>Assist customers over the phone</li> <li>Assist customers via email</li> <li>Attend training functions as required</li> <li>Maintain and clean specific area of the showroom</li> <li>Collect deposits and balances before delivery</li> <li>Assist with inventory as required</li> <li>Follow up phone calls to secure orders</li> <li>Participate in after hour events and sponsorships as required</li> <li>Resolve customer issues</li> <li>Generate and develop new customer business accounts to increase revenue at a profitable level</li> <li>Enter orders into computer system, work with production regarding order, delivery, installation</li> <li>Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Assist in collections as necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencies/Skills/Abilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years’ experience/hands-on knowledge within construction industry product sales&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-motivated, driven to close sales</li> <li>Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the Company</li> <li>Computer literate; working knowledge of MS Office&nbsp;</li> <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
