<p>Join Velocity Electronics as our next <strong>Inside Sales Representative</strong> in Singapore.</p>

<h2><strong>What can you expect to do?</strong></h2>
<p>The Inside Sales Representative will generate business through proactive engagement with current and potential customers, with the aim of developing a portfolio of active accounts and delivering exceptional results.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Cultivating and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with sales prospects</li>
<li>Selling to a portfolio of key accounts</li>
<li>Assisting in the implementation of global sales and purchasing strategies</li>
<li>Understanding prospects’ business needs and individual goals</li>
<li>Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails to build a strong pipeline</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and facilitate your own individual trading activities</li>
<li>Ensure customer requirements are accurately entered into Velocity’s ERP system</li>
<li>Deliver on monthly outbound phone activity targets</li>
<li>Qualify valid business opportunities</li>
<li>Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit sales targets</li>
<li>Represent and communicate Velocity’s culture, values, and value proposition</li>
<li>Provide prompt and reliable solutions to customer needs</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, contracts, and quotations within the ERP system</li>

<h2><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronics components industry is required</li>
<li>Proven experience in sourcing, product knowledge, account management, and CRM systems is preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with complex ERP systems is required</li>
</ul>

<p>This position will be located in our Singapore Office, APAC Regional Headquarters.</p>
<p><strong>Please note that applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</strong></p>
