Second Shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm)</p> <p><strong>Bradford Construction</strong> has an opportunity for an experienced Inspector on a part-time, as-needed basis to support renovation projects with one of our clients, a NYC Public Agency. All projects will be located in New York City but could be in any borough.</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="179ykpf" data-start="89" data-end="247">Conduct site inspections to verify work is performed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.</li> <li data-section-id="1o2wxsr" data-start="248" data-end="404">Monitor construction progress, document field conditions, and prepare detailed inspection reports.</li> <li data-section-id="f56qjy" data-start="405" data-end="560">Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1ek81um" data-start="561" data-end="706" data-is-last-node="">Review materials, installations, and testing activities to confirm adherence to safety regulations, approved submittals, and project schedules.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Minimum of six (6) years of experience in the inspection and monitoring of construction projects.&nbsp;</li> <li>Capable of providing clear, concise written and oral communication.</li> <li>Knowledge of NYC DOB/OSHA codes, standards, and regulations.</li> <li>Experience with NYC public agencies is strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong>: Associate's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
