Are you a strong leader with technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Supervisor to lead and coordinate installation and service operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
JOB SUMMARY
The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of installation and service operations. This role provides leadership to Team Leaders and installation teams to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the continued growth and success of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule, and oversee installation and service activities based on customer orders and project timelines
- Review job specifications, conduct site inspections, and verify measurements before execution
- Coordinate installation readiness and timelines with the Sales team
- Lead, mentor, and support Team Leaders and Installation/Service Technicians
- Conduct daily operational briefings and monitor team performance and productivity
- Ensure all installations and service tasks meet company and contractual standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, functionality, and accuracy of installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation projects
- Ensure teams are equipped with the required tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Enforce workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE on all job sites
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Support innovation and continuous improvement within installation operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical certification in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in installation operations or project management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, tools, and workplace safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Customer-focused mindset
