Instructional Designer

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About the Role</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly creative Instructional Designer to help design and build modern, engaging ethics and compliance learning products. This role is ideal for someone who goes well beyond basic eLearning development and thinks deeply about adult learning, scenario-based design, and real-world decision-making.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Our Compliance Education programs are practitioner-built and grounded in how employees&nbsp;actually experience&nbsp;ethical dilemmas at work.
