The Kelsie Porter Agency is expanding! We’re seeking driven and personable professionals to join our Howell team as an Insurance Agent. Key Responsibilities
Grow your network and client base through proactive outreach, referrals, and community involvement
Educate clients on a wide range of coverage options: auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to design tailored insurance solutions for each client
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultations to presenting recommendations and closing deals
Build enduring client relationships with regular reviews, check-ins, and exceptional ongoing service
Consistently pursue and exceed sales targets while focusing on delivering long-term value
Keep current on industry trends, product updates, and Farmers Insurance offerings
Qualifications
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to achieve sales success
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
