We are seeking to employ a full-time Insurance Sales & Client Development Executive who will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing client relationships, and support the growth of high-margin niche segments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Dealing with customers by responding to queries and explaining products and services.
• Obtaining, handling, and processing of customer documentation.
• Issuing of quotations, policies, and renewals for various insurance products.
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to identify and acquire new clients.
• Conduct structured client reviews and identify coverage gaps.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in insurance brokerage or related financial services.
• A sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.
• The ability to handle various customer types.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills in English & Maltese.
