<p>Role type: Full-time<br>Team: Client Leadership<br>Reporting to: Client Partner<br>Location: New York City, New York (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)<br>Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.<br>Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. <p><span data-sheets-root="1">This role supports Brainlabs in building high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From helping to pitch for new clients through to growing existing client relationships you will focus on personally delivering brilliant media solutions to clients. You help to run the client account by owning your own flawless execution.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">In this role you will:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Help to prepare for and possibly begin to start pitching for new clients applying your developing knowledge in your specific sector/vertical expertise. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Work to deliver the key aspects of the clients SOW making sure you deliver excellent work at all times working with the Client Success team.</span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Start to understand your client business and sector. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Lead on preparing client meetings and QBR content. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Act as a point of contact for junior to mid--level client stakeholders as identified and build those relationships.<br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">We’re looking for someone who: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has 6+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has natural relationship building capabilities and will be early on in your client leadership remit but will fully understand what excellent client delivery looks like.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has developing knowledge of how marketing and cross-media (channels) directly drives specific client KPIs.<br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients and developing sector knowledge. <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a developing knowledge of how end-to-end full-service media agencies deliver integrated solutions that solve your clients challenges.</span></li>

<li><span data-sheets-root="1">A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Increasing profile in the media world in your sector/marketing prompting Brainlabs and your client success <br></span></li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Be revenue hungry and be involved in successful new business pitches. </span></li>
