<li><span data-contrast="auto">Define and manage system and subsystem requirements for laser-driven fusion facility integration</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish and maintain interfaces between lasers, vacuum systems, optics, mechanics, and facility infrastructure</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and manage system performance budgets</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Plan, prepare, and participate in formal design reviews (e.g. PCR, CDR)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure traceability between requirements, design, verification, and acceptance</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across the project lifecycle</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is primarily based in Munich, with occasional travel to research facilities worldwide.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">More than 5 years of experience integrating complex technical systems in large-scale facilities</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience participating in PCR, CDR, or equivalent structured design reviews</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid understanding of vacuum systems, large optics, and precision mechanics</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong system-level thinking and structured problem-solving skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
