You will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting issues, and empowering our users to leverage the full potential of Moniebook's APIs and SDKs. Your strong technical foundation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key to fostering positive relationships with our clients and contributing to their success.</p> <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul class="ul1" style="text-align: justify;"> <li class="li1">Attend meetings with the sales team, interacting with businesses looking to integrate Monnify to understand their needs clearly and proffer the best integration solutions to meet such needs.</li> <li class="li1">Provide technical assistance to businesses and developers integrating with Moniebook.</li> <li class="li1">Maintain a user-friendly, detailed documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, with each audience being able to get the most out of the documentation.</li> <li class="li1">Develop tutorials (written and video), user guides on integrating with Moniebook APIs..</li> <li class="li1">develop tools, plugins, SDKs, and sample codes with which businesses can integrate with Moniebook.</li> <li class="li1">Maintain a vibrant, open source, and developer community for Moniebook.</li> <li class="li1">Effectively investigate and communicate with the engineering team feature requests, bugs, and defects identified during integration.</li> <li class="li1">Effectively support internal and merchant-facing applications on Moniebook.</li> <li class="li1">Effectively test out new product features from a developer, integrating Moniebooks' viewpoint, and communicate concerns and user experience to the team.</li> <li class="li1">Act as a point of contact for any information regarding the use of Moniebook.</li> </ul> <p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1" style="text-align: justify;"> <li class="li1">Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software engineer in any of the following areas:</li> <li class="li1">Backend (Java, C#)</li> <li class="li1">Web: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks – React, Vue.js, Angular)</li> <li class="li1">Excellent understanding of databases and SQL.</li> <li class="li1">Experience working with REST APIs.</li> <li class="li1">Experience looking through application logs to identify issues.</li> <li class="li1">Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts - data types and algorithms, flow control structures, object-oriented programming, etc.</li> <li class="li1">Excellent debugging skills.</li> <li class="li1">Must be very good at troubleshooting software bugs and solving problems.</li> <li class="li1">Excellent technical writing skills.</li> <li class="li1">Great written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p class="p4" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p> <ul class="ul1" style="text-align: justify;"> <li class="li5"><span class="s3">Culture: We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
