Integrations Functional Consultant

This role works closely with client’s business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, validate, and deploy integrations between BlueCherry and third-party platforms across eCommerce, wholesale, marketplaces, and custom systems.<br>The consultant serves as the functional subject-matter expert for BlueCherry integrations, translating business requirements into integration designs, validating data flows, supporting testing and go-live activities, and ensuring successful adoption of connected systems.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p><br><strong><em>Client Engagement &amp; Solution Design</em></strong><br>• Partner with clients to understand business processes, integration goals, and data requirements across eCommerce, wholesale, retail, and marketplace channels.<br>• Lead functional discovery sessions focused on integration scope, workflows, and exception handling.<br>• Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications and implementation approach.<br>• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for omni-channel and marketplace integrations.</p> <p><br><strong><em>Integration Implementation &amp; Delivery</em></strong><br>• Configure and support implementations of the following BlueCherry integration modules:<br>o BlueCherry Shopify B2B, B2C, and POS Connectors<br>o BlueCherry NuOrder Connector<br>o BlueCherry Amazon FBA and FBM Connectors<br>o BlueCherry ChannelAdvisor Connector<br>o BlueCherry JOOR Connector<br>o BlueCherry API for custom integrations<br>• Collaborate with technical teams to align functional requirements with technical integration design.<br>• Support data mapping, field-level validation, and end-to-end data flow testing.<br>• Lead and support integration testing cycles, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.</p> <p><br><strong><em>Project Execution &amp; Collaboration</em></strong><br>• Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies related to integrations.<br>• Coordinate with internal product, development, and support teams to resolve integration issues and escalations.<br>• Document integration designs, configuration decisions, and client-specific processes.<br>• Support cutover planning and go-live activities related to integrations.</p> <p><br><strong><em>Training &amp; Post-Go-Live Support</em></strong><br>• Deliver client training on integration workflows, monitoring, and exception handling.<br>• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.<br>• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to clients and internal support teams.</p> <p><strong>Skills Required</strong>:<br>• Dedication to quality delivery<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills<br>• Ability to teach &amp; train clients for successful adoption of a new platform or tool<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills &amp; organizational skills<br>• Demonstrated history of building relationships with a strong customer service focus<br>• Discipline needed to achieve daily &amp; weekly tasks while adhering to delivery deadlines<br>• Keen attention to detail<br>• Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines and under pressure<br>• Demonstrated high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and credibility</p> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• 3–7+ years of experience in a functional consulting, implementation, or integration-focused role<br>• Experience implementing ERP, PLM, WMS, OMS, or related enterprise systems<br>• Hands-on experience with <strong>BlueCherry,</strong> eCommerce, wholesale, POS, or marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, NuOrder, ChannelAdvisor, JOOR or similar platforms)<br>• Experience working with APIs, data mapping, and integration testing concepts (functional perspective)<br>• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industries strongly preferred<br>• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience</p> <p><strong>CGS offerings</strong>:<br>• Competitive salary<br>• Health, dental, disability, and retirement benefits (including employer match)<br>• Paid vacation and holidays<br>• Structured annual bonus plan<br>• Career development and growth opportunities within a global consulting organization</p> <p><br><em>This role is ideal for a functional consultant who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes and technical integrations, and who thrives in a client-facing, delivery-focused environment.</em></p>
