You ensure their work doesn't compromise our design intent.</li> <li><strong>Tender Mastery:</strong> Prepare full tender sets for the project FFE scope—including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.</li> <li><strong>The Quality Benchmark:</strong> Partner with regional Project Managers and conduct site visits to ensure the physical product aligns perfectly with our design quality and vision.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Commercial Collaboration</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li><strong>Budget Stewardship:</strong> Align closely with the Procurement team to ensure your design proposals and FFE specs meet budget targets without losing their "wow" factor.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Programming:</strong> Work with Real Estate, Revenue, and Operations teams at the start of a project to develop space programs tailored to each specific market.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>The Hospitality Expert:</strong> 8+ years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture, with a strong background in hospitality or multi-unit residential projects.</li> <li><strong>The Revit Pro:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>Revit and Enscape</strong> is a must. You are comfortable building technical sets and navigating BIM workflows.</li> <li><strong>The German Connection:</strong> You speak and write <strong>German</strong> fluently.
