The EB Transversal Services APAC team is a key driver of the business strategy of Euroclear Bank. We are looking for a Citizen Developer in EB Transversal Service APAC/CATS who will contribute to Euroclear Bank improvements in automation and innovation areas. You will focus on supporting Operational Tools environment with strong focus on Security aspect including Operational Tools Governance. You will act as a liaison between the IT Teams and EB, representing EB division and ensuring business continuity.

•    Operational Tools development and governance
•    Advanced Excel and VBA including VBA based frameworks (ASO and BCC) 
•    Query development using SQL (Access, Mainframe or SQL Server)
•    Extensive MS Office package and (Excel, Access, PowerQuery, PowerBI)
•    Azure DevOps [TFS] for Automated Tools Deployment Workflow
•    UiPath for Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
•    Splunk for production logs monitoring 
•    Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps)
•    CyberArk as credential safe to access privileged accounts (i.e. during support)

You will be guided by assigned coach who will help you to go through exploration of all the new technologies.

•    Proficient knowledge of Excel is a must
•    VBA knowledge
•    SQL knowledge
•    Capacity to quickly learn new subjects and become autonomous but with a clear team-playing attitude
•    Great problem-solving skills
•    Demonstrate strong analytical skills and challenging approach
•    A past experience in business analysis and/or continuous improvement projects is a plus
•    Ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel
•    Ability to articulate ideas, strategies and problem definition in logical steps
