We are seeking Care Coordinators, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Attending Physicians, Registered Nurses, Medical Doctors, and Medical Directors who share our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. </p>
<p><strong>Referral Bonus Structure:</strong></p>

<li><strong>On-Site Providers:</strong> $2,500 bonus upon the successful hire and completion of your referral's 90-day probationary period.</li>
<li><strong>Physicians (Medical Directors and Attending Physicians) - Limited Time Increase!</strong> $3,500 bonus upon the successful hire and completion of your referral's 90-day probationary period.</li>
