Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a detail-driven and technically capable Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and ensure accurate, efficient order fulfillment.
This is not a routine administrative role. It is a key position within the sales support function, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems, and takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders received through multiple channels
Utilize Sage 50 for order entry, tracking, and management
Source products from suppliers for special or non-standard customer requirements
Manage a shared inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers via email and occasional phone calls to clarify order details and provide updates
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth fulfillment
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or a similar role
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Technically minded, with the ability to quickly learn complex products and systems
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1–C2 level)
Good IT literacy and confidence in using systems and tools
Analytical and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: USD 800
Work Set up: Hybrid - Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time
