About the role
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Description:
The inside sales representative role consists of inbound and outbound telephone and email marketing, sales activities and support. The product is a portfolio of hearing conservation communications solutions used in the following industries; oil & gas, mining, heavy manufacturing, transportation or any environment in which workers are exposed to unsafe high noise environments. The ideal candidate should have some sales experience in the technology or heavy industry arena, be a self- starter with good oral and written communications skills.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound telephone and email marketing and sales activities for B2B and B2C target companies.
Effectively communicate with prospects, dealers and internal stakeholders
Qualify leads, update data, and assign to regional sales team member
Set appointments for direct sales representatives or channel partners
Setup field demos/trials of our solution with dealers and/or direct customers
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with qualified prospects using tool Hubspot tool
Assist marketing team with marketing campaigns and web updates.
Assist customer support team with product return authorizations.
Co-ordinate the shipping of products in support of business operations.
Skills
Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce or similar tools
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple marketing messages
Ability to generate leads thru outbound activity (customer calling/inside sales, email, social media)
Self-starter, highly motivated, with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and focused with outstanding time management skills
Goal oriented with a drive to achieve results - professional and persistent
Ability to build relationship with new and existing contacts
Familiar with digital marketing and social media marketing
Experience in the two way radio field or personal protective equipment a plus.
Additional Information
Position will be located within the greater Chicagoland area
Compensation plan depends upon experience and skill sets
