International Finance Specialist

According to the company’s business priorities, study the tax systems of new countries and the corporate requirements for establishing a company in those jurisdictions. Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and compare them with the reports prepared by local accountants in each country. Organize the restructuring and reorganization processes of the Group’s companies.

Responsibilities   

• Study the tax systems of new countries and the corporate requirements for establishing a company, based on the company’s business priorities
• Identify reputable tax, accounting, and corporate service providers in new countries, preferably those with experience in the gaming industry when relevant
• Analyze the tax advice received
• In cooperation with local lawyers, accountants, and consultants, coordinate the company formation process
• Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with the reports prepared by local accountants. Support external audits
• Provide necessary information to local consultants and ensure proper compliance of international entities with local corporate, accounting, and tax obligations, including submission of reports
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations among international group entities
• Organize restructuring and reorganization processes within the Group
• Perform other functions assigned by the direct supervisor that arise from job responsibilities
  

 

Requirements

• Graduate Degree/ master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or audit organizations or relevant fields will be considered an advantage 
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
  
• Good knowledge of the Accounting and Financial Standards
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline while always maintaining quality
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team

• Research skills (especially in tax and finance)
