Inventory Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all monitoring of inventory is compliant with all regulations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is with NETA, one of the renowned retail brands under the Parallel umbrella. Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stocking finished goods</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems, as well as utilize the point-of-sale record-keeping&nbsp;</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">system/METRC to receive, track and adjust inventory.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assisting in order verifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the vault.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working in Seed to Sale system.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform daily reconciliation process for all point-of-sale items.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist and complete annual inventory as required by regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assistance with additional distribution duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING</span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Required</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least one year of experience in inventory management or in an inventory role</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Age 21 or over&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;High School Diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Valid Government-Issued Photo ID</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">POS and cash handling skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Strong analytical and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Accurate record keeping</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Proficiency in windows-based software and Internet navigation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Experience utilizing the Dutchie Point of Sale and Backoffice platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;Focuses simultaneously on short- and long-term goals;
