Our preferred candidate should be able to commute to North San Antonio, TX at least three times a week.<br><br></strong><strong>Starting compensation for this position ranges from $50,000-$60,000 annually based on a 40-hour work week.</strong></p> <p><u>Your Role as an Investigator</u>:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate court records, public documents, open sources, database records and other investigative sources.</li> <li>Conduct Internet Research using open source intelligence (OSINT) to acquire information on relevant person(s) and/or events.</li> <li>Prepare written investigative reports and summaries.</li> <li>Conduct due diligence investigations.</li> <li>Manage full scope pre-employment background investigations from start to finish.</li> <li>Prepare for and perform investigative interviews to collect, verify, and document information.</li> </ul> <p><u>Desired Qualifications/Experiences</u>:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional reading and writing skills - You will need to analyze and interpret complex reports, synthesize insights from multiple data sources, and produce clear, concise written summary reports to support strategic decision-making on a daily basis.</li> <li>Relevant experience reviewing court record dockets and using investigative OSINT tools.</li> <li>Skilled in examining and interpreting military and law enforcement service records.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Aptitude for learning new systems quickly, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Confidence and comfort in conducting live interviews and phone calls.</li> <li>Drug and nicotine free</li> <li>Background check required</li> </ul> <p><u>Best in Class 401k Retirement Plan:</u></p> <ul> <li>$15,000 employer contribution for First-Year Associates.</li> <li>$3,000 employer contribution each year thereafter.&nbsp;</li> <li>10% no-limit matching for all Associates who choose to contribute to their retirement plan.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>To learn more about earnings, promotions, benefits, and more – visit GDBA.com/careers.</p>
