Senior Investment Analyst

Nawy Shares is seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for financial analysis across investment funds as well as financial modeling and reporting for real estate companies within the company. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid financial modeling skills, and the ability to produce accurate and insightful financial and investment reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for investment funds, including performance assessment, return analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and update financial models for real estate companies and projects, including feasibility studies, valuation models, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare periodic financial and performance reports for management and investors.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and validate assumptions used in analysis and modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or research preferred in the real estate sector.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with statistical tools preferred.
• Ability to interpret macroeconomic data and translate insights into actionable investment recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
