How you will shape Prophero: <ul> <li>Drive Real Estate Investment Strategy: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of residential real estate investment opportunities aligned with PropHero’s growth objectives and investment criteria.</li> <li>Own the End-to-End Acquisition Process: Manage the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction closing.</li> <li>Provide Market Intelligence & Investment Insights: Act as a market expert, monitoring trends, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine acquisition and portfolio strategies.</li> <li>Lead Valuation & Portfolio Optimization: Oversee asset valuations using industry-standard methodologies, develop financial models, support repricing initiatives, and identify opportunities to maximize portfolio performance.</li> <li>Build Strategic Relationships & Deal Flow: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, investors, banks, servicers, and other key stakeholders to generate a consistent pipeline of on-market and off-market opportunities.</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> What you will bring to our team: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience:  <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, valuations, asset management, or related fields.</li> <li>Proven track record sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Spanish residential real estate market.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Education:  <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.</li> </ul> </li> <li>General Skills:</li> <li> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions.</li> <li>Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and execution.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Tools:  <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications. </li> </ul> What can we offer you: 🚀 Growth Mindset We believe in pushing boundaries and embracing challenges.
