The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.</p> <p>The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.</p> <p>We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead investment strategy and capital deployment across treasury and ecosystem funds at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and real-world assets (RWA). You will source, evaluate, and execute investments that strengthen the network’s long-term ecosystem, while actively supporting portfolio companies and building strategic co-investment relationships across the industry.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Investment Strategy &amp; Pipeline Management</li> <ul> <li>Develop and execute investment strategies for treasury and ecosystem funds in line with long-term network and ecosystem objectives.</li> <li>Source and evaluate early-stage opportunities across Web3 infrastructure, RWA protocols, DeFi primitives, and related tooling.</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and technical assessments.</li> <li>Manage deal flow through structured processes, including pipeline tracking, prioritisation, and investment committee preparation.</li> </ul> <li>Deal Structuring &amp; Execution</li> <ul> <li>Lead negotiation and execution of token and equity investments, including SAFEs, SAFTs, and strategic allocation agreements.</li> <li>Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and treasury execution.</li> <li>Design milestone-based incentive structures for ecosystem investments, grants, or strategic deployments.</li> <li>Support portfolio companies post-investment through strategic introductions, go-to-market support, and ecosystem alignment.</li> </ul> <li>Portfolio Management &amp; Reporting</li> <ul> <li>Track portfolio performance across financial, token, and on-chain metrics, including unlock schedules and liquidity events.</li> <li>Maintain clear and transparent reporting for internal stakeholders through dashboards, performance summaries, and periodic reviews.</li> <li>Coordinate with finance and operations teams on treasury rebalancing, yield strategies, and capital utilisation.</li> </ul> <li>Ecosystem &amp; Co-Investment Collaboration</li> <ul> <li>Build and maintain relationships with leading venture funds, foundations, and ecosystem partners.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for co-investments, accelerators, incubation programs, or liquidity initiatives.</li> <li>Represent the organisation in syndicates, ecosystem funds, and industry investment networks.</li> </ul> <li>Market Research &amp; Strategic Insight</li> <ul> <li>Monitor macro and sector-specific trends across DeFi, RWA tokenisation, and modular blockchain infrastructure.</li> <li>Provide data-driven insights to guide internal decision-making on ecosystem priorities and capital allocation.</li> <li>Contribute to investment theses that align market opportunities with ecosystem growth.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain financial products.</li> <li>Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyse business models, and structure both token and equity deals.</li> <li>Solid financial modelling and due-diligence capabilities, including market sizing, risk assessment, and token-supply analysis.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience managing ecosystem or foundation funds.</li> <li>Prior exposure to DeFi or RWA founders, protocols, or infrastructure projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Indicators</strong></p> <ul> <li>Quality, strategic fit, and performance of executed investments.</li> <li>Portfolio diversification aligned with long-term ecosystem objectives.</li> <li>Strength and depth of co-investment partnerships and syndicate participation.</li> <li>Measurable contribution to on-chain TVL growth, portfolio project traction, or ecosystem visibility.</li> </ul>
