Antin Infrastructure Partners Internship Opportunity

Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin”) is a leading private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments with €30bn+ capital raised. Based in Paris, London and New York, the firm targets majority stakes in infrastructure businesses in the energy and environment, telecom, transport and social infrastructure sectors.

Antin expects interns to assist in the acquisition of infrastructure companies in Europe. The investment process requires both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result, this internship program is a unique experience to develop a well-rounded business mind.

Interns will work on both acquisition opportunities and management of current portfolio companies. The streamlined organisation of the investment team offers interns the opportunity to be fully part of the team, assume responsibilities and work closely with senior managers of the firm and external advisors.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Conduct research, analysis, financial modelling and evaluation of a variety of private equity investment opportunities as well as contribute to the overall evaluation process;

• Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on the results of the team’s due diligence and analysis;

• Participate in drafting various presentation materials and memos for both internal and external purposes;

• Assist in due diligence on investment opportunities.

Date and length:

• Flexible starting date from July/September 2026

• Paris-based;

• Internship length of 6 months.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Experience required: previous internships in M&A, Corporate Finance or Management Consulting required

Skills: applicants are expected to demonstrate:

• Strong analytical, quantitative and financial skills;

• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail;

• Proficiency across Excel / PowerPoint / Word;

• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently;

• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit and able to work independently;

• Fluency in English, fluency in French is not required.
